Every order at Mae & Rose Jewels includes the piece itself at no cost — you only cover the small tracked-shipping fee shown at checkout, which scales with how many pieces you're taking home. That fee is what covers packing, insurance, and getting your order safely to your door.
Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (allow a little longer over a Friday evening or weekend)
- Delivery takes an average of 5–12 working days after dispatch
- Tracking information becomes available online 1–3 days after your order ships
How the Shipping Fee Works
The shipping fee is based on how many pieces are in your order, and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay — there is never a hidden charge. It is not a per-item product price; the jewelry itself is included at $0.00.
