We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the conditions below are met.

How to Request a Return

Email info@maeroseboutique.com with your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product (if damaged), your full name, and delivery address. Please wait for confirmation before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and components must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Hygiene-sensitive items must be returned in clean condition
  • Any defect must be reported promptly upon receipt

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Mae & Rose Jewels reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. A valid tracking number and proof of delivery are required. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval, via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders are processed shortly after being placed. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Mae & Rose Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other logistics factors beyond our control. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after handoff to the carrier.

Incorrect Address & Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package are not eligible for shipping fee reimbursement.
